Florys Groep wanted their various labels to work smarter and more purposefully. Maarten Monster, Marketing Manager at Florys Group, came to Joboti with that question. What followed was a phased integration of various Joboti solutions.

Florys once started as a small administration office and provided services in the field of people, work and organization. They now go under the name Florys Groep and they have grown into a company with a wide range of services under various labels. These recruitment labels (Intro Personeel, Brys, Irys and Bytes Recruitment) offer a wide range of services and jobs in IT, healthcare, sales & marketing and technology.
With such a diversity of services and variety of candidates, it is important for Florys Group employees to be able to communicate quickly. Maarten Monster, Marketing Manager at Florys Groep, approached Joboti to see if the solutions of Joboti could help Florys Groep and the associated labels.
What was the situation like at Florys Groep before you started working with Joboti?
Maarten: “Prior to the collaboration between Florys Groep and Joboti, our recruitment labels Intro Personeel, Brys, Irys and Bytes Recruitment only made limited use of the possibilities of WhatsApp and automations. To make smarter and more targeted contact with our candidates, we came into contact with Joboti. We started our collaboration with the integration of WhatsApp application within the vacancies of Intro Personnel, and then expanded this collaboration with a WhatsApp Jobalert, an automatic WhatsApp GDPR flow and eventually the Smart Inbox.”
An implementation can sometimes be a difficult process. How did the implementation at Florys Groep go?
“During the implementation in our ATS Bullhorn, it was nice that we had a hotline with the developers at Joboti,” says Maarten. “As a result, we were able to quickly go live with our first Joboti solutions after a few minor adjustments. Because Joboti also queries the recent status of candidates in our database, intermediaries can approach the candidates in our database in a more targeted manner. The next step within our organization is the integration of Smart Inbox. We expect that this will have great added value for our colleagues in communication via Whatsapp with candidates.”
Do you notice the added value of the various automations?
Maarten: “By using Joboti to request GDPR permission and the current work status, our consultants can get to work with candidates in our database. This demonstrably leads to more successful placements with our clients.”
