WE ARE Joboti. Stephan, Luuk and a talented and diverse team of developers, online marketers and customer success employees. From our offices in Amsterdam and Nijmegen, we ensure that our customers have faster and more enjoyable contact with their applicants. That contact is super important, because applicants are generally difficult to reach via e-mail and telephone. Our virtual recruitment assistant brings people together!

TIME LEFT. Yes, you read that right. We ensure that recruiters and intermediaries save time in the recruitment process. Joboti makes recruitment processes more efficient by using recruitment automation.

NO SMALL FISH. You will work for large national and international clients such as Prorail, Gamma and Roompot, but also for smaller recruitment and employment agencies. At Joboti things are informal. The wokring atmosphere is open, the lines are short – but at least one and a half meters – and the ambitions are quite high. Joboti started in 2016 and has seen its turnover double every year since then. Even in these difficult times.

YOUR ROLE as an Implementation Consultant is one of the most challenging within Joboti, because you contribute to the success of our customers. After a new customer has signed the collaboration agreement, you are responsible for the implementation of our solutions and you ensure a flying start and the well-known ‘wow’ experience. You brainstorm with your colleagues about the best service to our customers and solving their (technical) problems. With you in our team, we take the customer experience to an even higher level.

ONE, TWO, THREE things that you are specifically committed to:

  1. If this, then chat. Because you ask exactly the right questions, you quickly map out your customer’s processes. You know how to filter out wishes and needs and can therefore quickly and hands-on configure our SaaS solutions.
  2. Project management. You coordinate the implementation process and directing on a timely and correct delivery is crucial. You also supervise the tests, give demos and provide training to the end users.
  3. Support. You answer technical questions from our customers and colleagues about the use of our solutions. You advise and help hands-on in solving technical problems and issues.

A DAY AT JOBOTI is never boring. As an Implementation Consultant you do many different things and you constantly switch with your colleagues from Customer Support or the Development team.

  • You understand the system (ATS) and the processes of the customers and you can quickly translate these into a configuration in the Joboti Portal or you formulate a strict specification for a developer.
  • It is very natural for you to fulfill the role of project leader; you coordinate an implementation process without any problems. You provide Quality Assurance for delivery of the product to the customer.
  • You are the expert of all Joboti products and you spar with the teams about further development and new features.
  • You advise existing customers on the ongoing use of our products in their processes.

WE MAKE NO DEMANDS. But to have a successful time at Joboti as an Implementation Consultant, it is nice if you recognize yourself in the following:

  • You have strong analytical skills and therefore enjoy figuring out and analyzing problems. Of course you work meticulously and carefully and you set the bar high for yourself: if you do something, you do it well.
  • You have affinity with cloud-based software, you quickly find your way in applications and you enjoy discovering new possibilities and helping others on their way.
  • You are not shocked when people call you a process thinker.
  • You enjoy working in a small and flexible team. You also have excellent communication skills, preferably in both Dutch and English.
  • It is nice to have a helicopter view for this position. You also keep several (implementation) balls in the air without any effort.
  • You have HBO work and thinking level, for example in the field of project coordination or project management.
  • You have experience with CRM and ATS systems. Experience in the field of (SaaS) implementation management or project management is an advantage, as is experience with process optimization, digital transformation or another form of consultancy.
