Is there a minimum contract period?
Of course we’d love to sign a deal for life, but we get that you like to keep your options open. Therefore, we offer a minimum period of 3 months, and you may terminate your contract quarterly.
Which costs are included in the setup fee?
Included in the setup rate is everything you’ll need to launch the solutions; for instance the connection to your website, your recruitment system and/or WhatsApp Business.
How do I get started?

Are there any costs per conversation in addition to the monthly fee?
We do not charge for every chat your website bot has. However, if you opt for using the assistant in WhatsApp, you’ve got to calculate 7 cents per conversation. These are the costs that WhatsApp charges.
How much does a WhatsApp Business account cost?
Yes. Unlike for your private texting, WhatsApp charges for the Business API subscription. The monthly fees are dependent on the amount of texts you send each month. However, most of our clients manage with the 99-euro-a-month deal.
